Gameplay Tips[ | ]
- Heavy Armor will let Helldivers survive some otherwise mortal wounds, such as being stabbed with a bayonet.
- Wearing Heavy Armor reduces the running speed of Helldivers, but does not affect walk speed. Thus, in rough terrain such as Snow or Swamps where running is impossible without All-Terrain Boots, wearing this armor incurs no additional movement penalty.

Notes[ | ]
- Heavy Armor is one of several Perks that are visible on the in-game model of the player's character. It takes the shape of a heavy collar and additional padding, similar to the Defender's armor.
